Our Kids Kickboxing classes are suitable for beginners right through to experienced martial artists.
Each class includes a brief warm-up followed by Basics, Partner drills, Pad work, controlled sparring & body weight calisthenics. It's a fun & effective workout where the student will learn control, respect and discipline, all while learning real life, applicable drills and building a strong and healthy body and mind. These sessions are fantastic for building confidence in youngsters which is the real drive behind its development.
